Hello,my little non-existent fishies! this whole post is dedicated 2 my wishlist meaning my list of desired cd's n books 4 my upcoming day of birth....1 problem i detest encountering is getting a gift 4 someone's b'day.some ppl have actually delusioned themselves dat other ppl r born wif d power 2 mind read n after slaving away juz on wat 2 get dem,when dey open ur present,dey try 2 hide their crestfallen faces..but lest u not 4get,i'm not blind,u don't lyk my present,i can tell. Therefore 2 spare my present givers any headaches n humilation l8r on,i shall kindly prepare a wishlist 2 avoid causing irrevocable brain damage 2 those kind souls.the title comes 1st followed by d artist or authors

1. Is this it-The Strokes (their debut n quinessential album,how can i call myself a strokes fan without this album?)

2. The flying club cup-Beirut (balkan music with harmonic layering,spa day 4 my ears)

3.Bitte orca-Dirty projectors (any band that can fuse alt-rock wif indie pop n soul is worth listening to)

4. Ain't that good news-Sam cooke ("a change is gonna come"...need i say more?)

5.Norway-beach house (Victoria legrand's dreamy vocals is a must-listen)

6.Broken bells-Broken bells (Danger mouse+james mercer=melancholic power collaboration)

7.First Impressions of Earth-The Strokes (a few strokes favs are on dis album)

8.The Suburbs-Arcade fire (Win butler n co outdid themselves with multi-instrumental melodies n jaded outlook lyrics)
